Join us for an inspiring yoga weekend led by Nora and Sunniva, experienced physiotherapists and yoga instructors. With extensive expertise in both individual and group-based guidance, they will lead you through the weekend with a focus on the anatomy and movement of the body. Whether you are a beginner or have years of yoga experience, they will meet you where you are and help you grow in your practice. Nora and Sunniva run a yoga studio in Oslo and have extensive knowledge in hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, and yin yoga. They emphasize clear instructions and personalized adjustments, ensuring you feel safe and well-supported on your yoga mat.
In addition to yoga sessions, you’ll be taken on a scenic hike on the island of Godøya. Staying at Brosundet in the heart of Ålesund’s Art Nouveau district, this is a rare opportunity to combine city life with the stunning natural beauty of Norway’s west coast. Saturday’s hike will take you to the iconic Storhornet on Godøy. The journey leads through untamed landscapes filled with fresh sea air, green meadows, and rocky trails that climb steadily toward the summit. Along the way, you’ll experience a mindful walking practice, focusing on presence in nature and in your breath. At the top, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views in every direction, offering a 360° panorama of the island and the sea.
