We want to give our employees the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. That is why we regularly offer training and courses in areas such as service, language, and sustainability. Our goal is for every team member to feel confident in their role and have the chance to develop further with us.

We value community and well-being both at and beyond work. We gather every day for a shared staff lunch, where colleagues from different departments come together to enjoy a meal and good conversation. It strengthens our sense of belonging and teamwork.

For us, good health among our employees is important
At our workplace, it is important that employees feel well and stay healthy. Therefore, we hold regular meetings and reviews of our practices to see how we can improve working conditions for our staff. In addition, we offer full access to Sundet Gym, where employees can work out on their own initiative whenever they wish.

All our employees are treated equally. Therefore, we operate with tariff-based wages. In addition, we are proud to have an almost 50/50 distribution of men and women at all levels. We believe this is one of our many strengths that helps drive the hotel forward.
