Yoga isn't just for the mat, and we're setting up a retreat that lets you dive into its many angles. Beyond the mats, we'll guide you on a peaceful kayaking journey through the picturesque Brosundet. And don't worry, there's plenty of "me time" on the agenda. Chill by the fire, wander through nature and the city, or indulge in our stunning wellness area complete with a sauna and warm outdoor tubs.

Our instructors, Nora and Sunniva, will be your guides through this rejuvenating yoga weekend. As physiotherapists and yoga teachers, they bring a wealth of knowledge and years of hands-on experience to help you deepen your practice, whether you're flying solo or part of a group. Kick off your Saturday with a morning ritual, then wake your body up with a vibrant, energy-packed yoga session. After you've stretched and sweated, indulge in Brosundet's sumptuous breakfast spread, brimming with local, freshly sourced, and homemade delights. Come afternoon, it's time to wind down with a calming yoga class designed to relax both your body and your mind. Saturday's kayaking adventure kicks off right from Brosundet's private dock, slicing through the canal before venturing out into the vast sea that encircles Ålesund. The journey spans approximately 1.5 hours and includes a quick but essential safety rundown. We're rolling out our sturdy two-seater kayaks, giving you and your paddling partner the chance to ease back and sync up your strokes. Get ready for a unique chance to embrace the great outdoors from a fresh angle.
